Q. What is the choice of reward offer?
A. To be eligible for the TSB Partnership Reward in January 2025, you must first complete all of the £100 switch incentive conditions which can be found here and then, in December 2024, make 20 or more payments using your debit card. These debit card payments include payments made by Apple Pay ot Google Pay.

Q. What are the choices available for the reward offer?
A. If you have met the criteria for this offer as mentioned above, you will be able to choose from:

  • A Hotel Stay for Two.
  • 2 x ODEON cinema tickets per month for 3 months (6 in total).
  • NOW Entertainment Membership for 6 months.

Q. What will happen if I do not make the minimum 20 payments on my debit card in December 2024?
A. If you do not make the minimum of 20 payments using your debit card in the month of December 2024, you will not be eligible to claim a reward.

Q. How do I claim my reward?
A. If you make the minimum of 20 payments using your debit card in the month of December 2024 you will be sent a 'How to Claim' email. You will then have 30 days to claim your reward from the date you receive the email. The email will be sent by The Marketing Lounge Partnership (MLP) whi manage and administer the TSB Partnership rewards on behalf of TSB.

Q. When will I receive my reward?
A. Once you have made your choice you will receive your choice of reward within 7 working days. This will be an email that takes you to a page where the relevant code will be displayed and full instructions of how to redeem it.

Q. I have claimed my reward, but i still haven't received it, what do I do?
A. If it has been more than 7 working days since you claimed your reward but have still not received it, please ensure you have checked all of your emails folders (including your junk folder). If you are still uinable to locate the email please complete the form here and we will be able to investigate this out for you.

Q. Can my reward be sent to me in the post?
A. Whilst it is very easy to receive your reward online, we understand this may not be your preferred choice. Therefore, if you would like to receive your reward in the post, please complete a request here and TSB will arrange for your reward to be sent in the post to the registered address held for your TSB Account. Please be aware that it could take up to 30 days to receive your reward if you request it to be sent by post.

Q. What hotels can I choose from if I pick the Night Away for Two reward?
A. You can redeem your unique Booking Code valid for a Night Away for 2, at a choice of one of our carefully selected venues including Mercure. To see the full list of hotels available you can search here.

Q. How long do I have to book my Hotel Stay for Two?
A. You will have 12 months to book your Hotel Stay for Two from the date you receive your unique booking code.

Q. Can I use all 6 ODEON Cinema tickets all at the same time?
A. Yes you can however, you will need to wait until the third month before all 6 tickets are sent to you. All of your tickets will be displayed on the same page so you do not need to do anything once they are received until you are ready to use them. Once the final two tickets are sent to you, you will have 30 days to access all 6 tickets.

Q. How does the NOW Entertainment Membership for 6 months work?
A. You are given a code to redeem this offer via the NOW Entertainment website. When you take out the membership using this code it will ensure you do not pay anything for the first 6 months. You will then be charged the standard monthly price from month 7 (currently£9.99) unless you cancel. Don't worry, we will send you a reminder email around 5 months after you access the code letting you know you will need to cancel the membership if you do not wish to continue after the first 6 months..

A. If you have any questions about the offer or the service you have received, please contact MLP who are managing the voucher fulfilment for TSB here or, you can contact your local TSB branch.
